Kappa Sigma Housebuilding Association

Incorporated on April 15, 1939, the Kappa Sigma Housebuilding Association—commonly known as the House Corporation (House Corp)—serves as the alumni organization for the Delta-Mu Chapter. The association owns and maintains the chapter house located at 2510. All alumni brothers of the chapter are members of the association, and all members of the Board of Directors serve as volunteers.

The association holds its annual meeting during the University of North Dakota Homecoming weekend, where members elect the all-volunteer Board of Directors responsible for overseeing the chapter's property and supporting its long-term success. The current alumni volunteers on the Board of Directors are:

  • Randi Hanson ‘85 - Vice President

  • Vacant - Treasurer

  • Secretary - Vacant

Kappa Sigma Headquarters Team

Every chapter of Kappa Sigma depends on dedicated alumni volunteers who provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance. This team consists of the District Grand Master, Alumni Advisor, and Assistant Alumni Advisors. Each of these individuals is an alumnus who generously volunteers their time, balancing these responsibilities alongside their families, careers, and personal commitments to support the continued success of the chapter. The current alumni volunteer's on the HQ team are:
